The terms of service outlined herein (referred to as "Terms of Service") regulate your access to and utilization of the Locatwork website and mobile application, encompassing all content, functionality, and services provided on or through www.locatwork.com or the Locatwork mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Site"). This platform is operated by Locatwork.

Prior to initiating the use of the Site, it is imperative to thoroughly review the Terms of Service. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or consenting to the Terms of Service when presented with such an option, you affirm and agree, either personally or on behalf of your employer or any relevant entity, to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Age Requirements: The Site is accessible to users aged 18 and above, who are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you may use the Site solely through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian, with their explicit permission. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Site or Locatwork services.

• Only individuals with registered accounts are eligible to engage in buying and selling activities on Locatwork, and the registration process is free.
• Locatwork Gigs may have a starting price of $5, although some may exceed this amount as determined by the Seller.
• Sellers must fulfill their orders and refrain from canceling orders regularly or without valid reasons.
• Sellers attain account statuses (Levels) based on performance.
• Transactions on Locatwork should be conducted solely through Locatwork.com.
• Locatwork reserves the right to utilize all published delivered works for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Privacy is a priority. Users are expected to adhere to Locatwork's Community Standards.

• Buyers are prohibited from offering direct payments to Sellers outside the Locatwork platform.
• Locatwork retains the right to use all publicly published delivered works for marketing.
• Important: All payments must be made through Locatwork.com only.

• Upon confirmed payment, an order is created with a unique Locatwork order number.
• Orders are marked complete when delivered and accepted, or automatically after 3 days.
• Customer Support is available for dispute resolution.
• Reviews are crucial to Locatwork's rating system.

Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve conflicts independently. If unsuccessful, contact Customer Support for assistance.

Users are expected to maintain a friendly, professional environment.

• Locatwork reserves the right to suspend accounts for breaches of Terms of Service.
• Account ownership verification may be required.
• Locatwork may update Terms of Service at any time.

Users uploading content are solely responsible for it. Locatwork does not pre-check content but encourages reporting violations.

Upon purchasing a Gig, the Buyer receives all intellectual property rights in the delivered work upon delivery and payment. Some Gigs may require additional payments for a Commercial Use License.

Certain content has undergone translation for user convenience. Automated translation is not flawless. The official English version is authoritative.
