   • Information Provided by You: When you register on the Site, utilize its features, complete forms, participate in skill tests or surveys, sign up for events or newsletters, collaborate on the Site, or register for our affiliate, influencer, or similar programs, we request you to furnish or collect personal information. This includes a valid email address, login details, name and username, profile details (such as picture, education, profession, and expertise), physical address or billing information, telephone number or other contact details, date of birth, transactional information, payment information (such as your payment method and credit card number), taxpayer information and forms details about other social network-linked accounts, information about your listed gigs, orders, purchases, and transactions, ratings and reviews, user-generated content, and files uploaded by you to the Site. We collect and process information related to such usage, including geo-location data, IP address, device and connection details, operating system, session duration, language, currency, keyboard settings, browser information, web log information, and URLs of web pages you viewed or engaged with before or after using the Site. Additionally, we collect and process information related to the use of cookies and similar technologies.
   • Impression Reporting: To enhance your online experience, we have implemented impression reporting. While you view our ads, we collect user Global Unique Identifier, HTTP request data (user agent, IP, host, URL, country/continent from which the request is made), browser information, device/operating system/operating system version.

• If you invite contacts from your Google Workspace directory, we can view contact details, subject to your Google Workspace permission.

• Limited information received if you are invited to Locatwork by another user (e.g., through collaboration tools or referral programs).
• We combine this personal information with automatically collected data or information from other companies for the purposes outlined in this Policy.

2. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

• Information collected or received from third parties such as service providers, advertisers, and third-party accounts linked with Locatwork, including identifiers and personal information, professional or employment-related information, internet or other electronic network activity information, commercial information, and location information.
• Inferences drawn from the above information to create a profile about you.
